Bob Hall

 

Director, RJHA Limited 

Bob Hall has over 50 years’ experience in the construction industry both in the United Kingdom and New Zealand. Bob joined Fletcher Construction in Wellington in 1980 and served the company for 26 years, including 12 years as the Wellington Business Unit Leader. In 2006, Bob retired from Fletcher and formed RJHA Limited, and has operated as a specialist industry advisor, including construction and property related management roles on several projects. 

Bob has provided mentoring and advisory services to private and publicly funded organisations including WCC, TCC and the PSPIB/CPPIB (Canadian public sector pension funds with property portfolios in NZ) and has acted as an ‘expert witness’ in numerous disputes. 

RJHA were called in post-2016 earthquake to the former Defence Building site at 2 Aitken Street in Wellington to develop a safety risk management plan on behalf of NZ Defence and AMPCI followed by the salvage highly confidential materials, equipment and soft fitout. 

Following that RJHA were retained and procured a design for a new National Archives Building for the site which is due to commence construction in Q1 2022. 

Bob lives in Wellington and is a Fellow and Past President of the NZIOB.
